<p>I just applied to Rutgers a few days ago as a Fall 2012 transfer (yes I know I applied very late, but they were still accepting Fall applications.) I'm wondering if there's any chance I'll get housing if I get accepted since I know everyone else already got a lottery number. I don't want to commute. Is there any chance I can get on-campus housing</p>
