@warriorblade101 Good luck with your U of I application! I heard everyone hears about it on feburary 13th. Im going to record my reaction, and I hope we both get in. But yeah U of I’s in state prices really suck. And I wish they did automatic for class rank. But being in the top 13 percent will hopefully help me a lot. Did you apply to University of Texas Austin? For out of state there its like 51K hahahaha. BTW with your scores you will definitely get into UIUC!

Hey! So @HopefulBadgerPlz I got a decision from UW-Madison yesterday. I ended up being postponed. (aka waitlisted). I have no idea what to expect, and I don’t know whats going to happen. I obviously am not the happiest camper, but I did apply as out of state, and it is much harder to get in as out of state. Getting waitlisted is an accomplishment IMO. I just am very unaware of what is to come. I have a friend with a 30 ACT and top 11% of her class with a 3.7 UW GPA who was also waitlisted. I know someone who got a 31 on her ACT and was waitlisted!! I cant believe that, and she wasn’t even going into business or engineering.
Im so nervous because U of I decisons come out in 5 days!!!
I think you have a good chance at UIUC, considering your ACT score and residency.
