Do i have to take the chem placement test? I have absolutely no desire to take a chem class. Is it a university requirement i take it? Cause uhh i havent looked at chemistry in over 2 years (my junior and senior years were taken up by AP Physics B and C).

No, you do not have to take the chem placement test if you have no interest in taking a chem class at U of M. I personally did not take it at my orientation last year. There are ways of fulfilling the natural sciences requirement without chemistry.

Well i mean i plan on being a physics major so thats about as natural as you get.

Right, but for reasons that are beyond me, you can't have classes in your concentration count towards distribution. Since you're a physics major, you have to take something other than physics to meet your natural science requirement. If you want to avoid chemistry, your other options include things like astronomy, geosci, a few psychology classes, stats 350 and biology.
