This question comes up to mind when I just register for TOEFL in early Feb to apply out-of-state universities. Is it a problem if I dont report it in the UC application or send the scores to UCs, in particular for Berkeley and UCLA? I am currently enrolled in a cc in California as an international student and have completed two transferable English classes and will complete one more next semester so I dont think I need the TOEFL for junior transfer, right? I have reported my past score in the UC application that I take almost 2 years ago but definitely the score is below the minimum.

The completion of two transferable English courses waives you out of the TOEFL requirement.
