Do I qualify as a domestic applicant?

<p>Hi, I was born, raised and educated in England and I'm currently doing my A-levels. I would assume this would make me an international applicant, however I am a US passport holder and citizen. Does this mean I can apply as a domestic applicant and apply EA? Obviously I would like to avoid the more competitive international applicant pool if I could.</p>

<p>Yes, as an international EC, every year I interview some “domestic” applicants who in some cases have rarely if ever set foot in the United States. It also happens that I meet international applicants who were raised in the US and who have lived in the US from (say) age 2 to 17, then returned back to their “home” country.</p>

<p>They are internationals, and compete in the MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more competitive international applicant pool.</p>
