24,000 for a family of 4 under Dartmouth is somehow reduced to 15,000 for a family of four under Cornell.

Strange how circumstances change that quickly.

Very strange.

I hope that you do indeed get into college based on what has been your most outstanding intregrity.

Despite the adversity you have overcome, of course.

Sorry about the situation, bro. But maybe there would be more sympathy there if you could keep your story straight.

I apologize for this error. I made the cornell thread before my parents calculated the total income from the 2004-2005 yr. I didnt know that my father received ~$9000 in benefits before he lost his job. My mother made 15,000 beforehand. Hence, I did not include the $9000 as I had no knowledge of this before posting the cornell thread. I found this out a day or so later. I apologize.

well to tell u the truth, this wasn't my comment, my friend was reading the posts by u on all of the website-and was very ticked off, so i let that person write using my name. i would never be so caught up in a technality. and your numerous post about chances really set that person off. lol

lol tell your friend that I truly apologize for my multiple chances threads. I am just really insecure about my admissions chances because im getting a variety of responses from different sources. Some are saying that im screwed while others are saying that I have a legitimate shot. However, I tried to put the best application I could. I really do hope my dreams of attending Cornell come through as I really do love the school. I just dont want my situation to hinder me.
