Do IB Credits Transfer Over to UCs?

<p>I'm a hs senior in IB. Naturally, I'd like credit down the road for my IB scores. It seems like CCCs don't recognize IB credits. At least, I haven't found one that does.</p>

<p>If I choose to go to a CCC and then transfer to a UC, will a UC recognize an IB score if it meets their standards? Because when I checked UCD, UCB, UCLA, etc, they all give some credits. (For the Higher Level classes.)</p>

<p>Do I need to just talk to the CCC and ask about IB? I couldn't find anything online... :(</p>

<p>I talked to my CCC about IB and they told me that if the UC's recognize it, then they will, too. I'm fulfilling the IGETC foreign language requirement with an official transcript from IBO.
Additionally, I'm using those 8 credits granted for a passing IB HL score to complete my 90-qtr units.</p>
