Do students usually bike or walk around campus?

I'm just wondering because it's been forever since I've rode a bike, and I tend to feel especially nervous biking around so many people (I'm clumsy and afraid I'll crash into someone lol). Would it be weird if I just walked to all my classes, or even the CVS nearby?

Also, I thought I might as well ask this now haha. When I received my housing information I emailed my roommate and shortly after, she replied back. I responded, but now it's been almost 2-3 weeks and she hasn't responded. I sent her an email on Sunday to see if he's doing okay but still no answer. :( I'm a little anxious because we were supposed to coordinate what stuff to bring to the dorms. I don't see any reason for her to avoid me, and I said I would pay half the cost for the mini-fridge...maybe she's just not checking her email because it's summer? Haha anyway, any ideas on what I should do? :/ Thanks in advance!

Don’t worry about the roommate thing too much. That’ll eventually work out. The core of this campus is quite small and most people walk and plenty of people bike. You’re not at a place like UGA where taking a bus to campus may be ideal.

Ahh that’s a relief! Thank you so much Bernie! :D

My son also hasn’t heard from his roommate since the assignment was posted, although they did friend each other on Facebook. He isn’t concerned at all. I went ahead and ordered the Microfridge since the company will refund your money if both roommates order them.

I am curious where the CC crowd is living this year. My son is in Hamilton Holmes. I just hope it is completed on schedule!

Seiclan: It’s done. I think they have even moved in a significant amount of furniture. They finished the landscaping, for example, like 1-2 weeks ago. It’s nice, basically like LSM, but a different theme.
