<p>No. It is the South. Places close at 5pm. Places close on holidays. That is something you will quickly learn when you come here from somewhere else. To compensate for it though, the people that work in all these places are very friendly! :-)</p>
<p>I’d say to interpret “2-4 weeks” to mean “2-4 business weeks”, or in this case “2-5 weeks”. That way you won’t freak out at 3.5 weeks that no one cares about you. It is all out of your control for now, just sit tight, distract yourself, and wait.</p>
