Do those factors reasonable for transfer?

Hi Guys, I would depict my situation briefly. I'm refering to some soft factors in the composition of general why transfer essays. Any input will be appreciated. Thx!
1) The atmosphere in my current school(a big u) doesnt fit me well, e.g. popular greek life, drinking, zealous football fans; however I'm doing my best to get involved (do what i like, classic dancing, students government etc.). I still feel a little bit isolated. Does it count into the factors stated in the why transfer essay??
2) Class size. It's really huge, one of my classes has 500 students. I like prof. take attendance, care about every student, organize in-class discussion, but those are never possible in such a huge class. Again, would it be a reasonable factor?
3) I need to take dance as a minor seriously, but my school doesn't have this kind of courses.
4) most ppl. here dont passionate at study. I want the environment where ppl. love study.
5) I'm in business school right now, but i didnt take any business professional classes for this year, cuz I find out i'm not interested in business at all! I would probably major in econ or math in the future. Nonetheless, the econ and math in my school arent bad, but not as good and prestigious as i need.

Thank you again for your time! :)

Good points:
Environment where students are passionate about their studies
Major and minor fields of study
Class size
General size of university

thx for reply, happymomof1!
I wont distain my current school although i'm not happy here. Faculties and students here are friendly and they are really nice, just it isnt a fit for me. what would be the most appropriate tone in describing my situation?? should it be like the hope for the future(that suppose to delineate my reasons euphemisticly)?
