<p>I applied for housing in February and got a contract, but I opted to live in Dobie instead. If you want to live on campus, I wouldn't panic if you don't get the housing application early, plenty of people are clueless about the situation so it won't make a large difference. Admission is rolling anyway, so it would be smart to get your housing and admission application both in early. Take it from me who turned in his application January 31. Probably not a good idea in the end. If you're applying to any school that is rolling, or has early action for that matter, I would recommend getting those done as soon as you can. And just remember September 1st the housing application goes online for UT, make sure you learn that about other schools too. I know Florida was also dealt with in order of who sent their housing.</p>
<p>By the way, the housing application for Fall 2008 will be available on October 1, 2007 at 6 A.M, not on September 1 as it has in previous years</p>
