Do universities think online classes are bad?

Basically, do colleges think online classes are bad?

I’m a freshman at community college and I’m planning to transfer after 2 years, but I was wondering, do they not like online classes?

  1. Is taking a lot of online classes bad?
  2. If you got a bad grade in an online class, do they not think of it as bad as it would be if it was in a in person class?

Thanks! Just curious

To my knowledge, several schools actually do not accept credit received from online classes. You will have to check with the school’s website to see if your credits will transfer.

At least at the community college that I’m in, online classes look just as regular classes in the transcript. If it’s the same thing as mine, they won’t even know you took it online.
