<p>No, I just eat normally (not slow or fast) and just some exercise. Eating faster will make you eat more (and you may still be hungry) which is not what you are looking for. I weight about 130 (age 17) so I guess I’m “skinny”.</p>
<p>Yeah, I’m the fastest eater in my family and I always leave the dinner table first. I don’t think it really makes me eat more or less, though. I’ll finish whatever’s on my plate, whether it’s a little or a lot and then I stop. My mom thinks I need to lose weight so she makes me exercise. I weigh 115 pounds.</p>
<p>^Same, I’m always the first one done, and yes I’m skinny lol. I gained 3 pounds actually, over the days. For a skinny guy, that’s good news lol. Now I weigh 110, which is still low.</p>
<p>I’m the slowest eater in my family. Even at the lunch table is still be eating my entree and everyone is done with their entire lunch. I’m a normal weight with athletic build.</p>
<p>^Same. I’m the slowest eater among my family and friends by far…although I’m not sure if it’s because I eat slow, or I simply eat a lot. Anyways, it makes me feel awkward being the last one left at the table. I guess I weigh more than the average 16 year old (150), but I’m not fat, probably cause I play sports year round.</p>

<p>Yeah im the fastest eater out of my friends and family so that says a lot but i dont look fat although it wouldnt hurt if i lost a few pounds.</p>

<p>I eat the slowest of anyone I know, but I always finish my food- whether it feels uncomfortable or not. I enjoy eating and try to eat as much as possible at every meal, and disregard any uncomfortable feelings in my stomach to do so. Oh yeah, I’m 6’2" and weigh 140 lbs- trying to gain weight, but it is difficult : P.</p>

<p>Sorry for going off topic, @WorldsBestBaller & @stressedouttt everyone thinks I’m a girl, it’s odd sometimes, but I can understand where they are coming from.</p>
<p>I eat so damn fast. I can eat a full meal in 5 minutes no kidding. No, I’m not fat. I’m 170 and 5’11.</p>
<p>drink milk if you would eat bread instead. do not drink milk if you would eat steamed vegetables/ grass-fed or wild animal products/ almonds/etc. instead.</p>

<p>I eat really fast. I’m not fat but I’m not skinny by any means. I’m 5’11 176-which seemed pretty normal until compared with CC’s skinny people.</p>
