<p>With my MBA, we didn’t declare a major. Our dipploma didn’t state a major. However, we did have different concentrations. Mine was Finance. You had to complete a certain set of courses for a concentration to be recognized by the university.</p>
<p>can you just take any courses you want for a concentration? and switch if you want?
or is there an elaborate approval process to do so</p>
<p>It may vary from school to school, but where I went, you had to complete prerequisite courses to enter into certain classes that would fulfill your concentration requirements. Some people decided not to have a concentration either, and just received enough credits in different subjects to get a general MBA.</p>
