Hi. I am Karolina. I live in Lithuania and God knows I am passionate and I love such subjects as Biology, Chemistry, Maths, but when I have to do the homework, I feel so strange. I simply don't want to even look at it, but I always love to do some extra work which is not compulsory. So.. I was wondering.
Do You like to do Your homework? :>

Honestly, I really like homework. It takes my mind off of other things :P

Yes, because it gives me the illusion of doing work, as opposed to actual studying and reading and doing projects no one asked me to.

Also because no one else in my class really does much homework, so it feels nice to always be singled out and praised for being diligent.

Yes. I enjoy learning, and enjoy doing homework in subjects that I like. Plus, it makes me feel like I’m being productive.

I sometimes enjoy doing homework (usually when it has to do with math or science), but most of the time, I don’t. It’s frequently just busy work that takes up my time and distracts me from my real interests.

It personally depends because for some classes like history or english i cant stand it because its just busy work and not really helpful.

But for math and science I like it since its useful. But its not something I look forward to since of course I would rather be doing other things besides homework.

I love homework when it is interesting and engaging as opposed to busy work. That being said I can’t stand busy work.

Not really ‘like’, but I don’t mind homework as long as it’s just a review of what’s taught in class or answering questions based off of reading. I really hate when math teachers give homework on something they didn’t teach to see if “we can figure it out”. That’s happened multiple times, sadly. It gets me frustrated.

I like learning in class but HATE homework. It’s almost always just busy work, like the majority of high school work. I love doing labs/lab write-ups for Chemistry and Biology, though :)

With music. Lots of music to drown out everything else.

Instead of trying to concentrate on, say, math homework but being distracted by the dog, the wind outside, people walking around in my house, etc. I’m just concentrating on the music and the homework. Without it homework would be unbearable.

I cant believe you all like HW. Only on CC! I hate homework. I want all school work to end at school.

I second this.

Haha I don’t hate hw but I dislike it! I agree with goodnoodle ^^ here! Exspecially when you have up to 4 hours or more. I go to school from 8-4, I don’t want to spend more time on what I learned in school. Hw makes me tired. :)

I don’t mind school, but I dislike homework. I’m not sure if I know anyone (in person) who likes HW…

^ yeah true

I like projects where you can use your creativity, but otherwise, no. I’m only a freshman, but I spent 1.5 on homework today. I can’t imagine what it’s gonna be like as an upperclassmen.

Am I the only one who’s pretty neutral about it?

I mean, it’s work - not really different from me working my shift at Subway. Do I enjoy it? Eh, not really. But I wouldn’t really say I hate it … I mean, it’s just work.

Like is the wrong word. I tolerate it, and sometimes I almost enjoy it, but I would never do it if it wasn’t essential to getting a good grade

Does anyone like staying up until midnight trying to write neatly and also learn the information?
I do prefer it to studying. Home work is tangible and I adore that. Tests are too in my head. I can’t account for what I’ll remember in a stressful environment.
I don’t mind it when my rooms clean and I have English or Maths home work I understand.
But I really should be doing French right now. I kinda hate French

Lol I really cant understand how anyone could like homework, you all must be on a whole other intellectual level.
