I love video games!!!
My favorite is Mario Party 5.

Yeah, I guess so. Not so much lately, but the fall-winter lineup has me mildly excited.

Current fave would prolly have to be The Orange Box for the PC. ;]

Major gamer here, if you haven't noticed. Nowadays it's like 3 hrs a day weekdays, 4 hrs weekends; last year as freshman/middle schooler it was considerably longer. I'm cutting it down a bit because I'm hanging out with friends more, watching more movies, exercising, and playing sports.

Obviously I have way too many for a favorite. The shortest I can shrink it down to "A list of the most epic/enduring games" would be around 20~30, with my huge gaming repertoire under my hand.

I still manage to get in at least 30-90 minutes of TF2 a night, but most console gaming has lost its allure to me. I've still got a massive backlog of PS2 games and feel no real incentive to buy a newer generation system. It kinda makes me sad, actually.

No games hold my attention anymore. Grand Theft Auto 4 is painfully boring, and so is every other game out right now.

Former hardcore gamer here. I pretty much quit after sophomore year; it was taking up too much of my time.

Only during those epic Mario Kart Wii or DDR Wii parties.

Which get pretty intense.

Yeah, I used to play counter-strike 1.6 in leagues and stuff. but I quit.
Took up too much time, too addicting

Oh thanks for the good laughs. ;)

In the summer, I did. I played Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, The Sims 2, and Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland. No time anymore, though.

My friends and I have gone through various video game phases, including DDR, Halo, and Resident Evil 4. We used to play video games together after school, but now we're all too busy. Which kind of sucks. Means we're growing up.

Was a MAJOR Halo gamer here. Big time MLG (Major League Gamer) player here freshman year. I quit this year (sophomore) and probably wont get back into it again till this summer.

I play Call of Duty 2 about once a day.

Yes, I play. I'm a PC elitist, though. Can't stand console games except for party ones.

Top five games of mine currently:

Portal (best game ever, really)
CnC: Tiberian Dawn
Crysis (everyone hates this, but it really is a great game)
BF2
LO:MAC

Just don't have/feel like/dislike playing CoD4, or? Don't see many CoD2 players nowadays..

No one else?

Super Smash Brothers Melee and Guitar Hero 3

I just noticed this (this thread, for obvious reasons, I actually read most of the posts) :

This is actually a pretty decent list, although I've never seen anyone that indulges in both Bf2 and Crysis at the same time. Nothing wrong, maybe because Crysis is pretty rare nowadays. Crysis is actually not that bad if you know how to play, but there's simply much more better FPS's out there. Tiberian Dawn is fairly old; I remember playing that around 6th grade, lmfao. I've tried LO:MAC at my friend's once, and it isn't really my style simply because I'm not too into the aircraft-simulations in addition to the relatively awkward and contrasting missions. I trust I need not say anything about Portal.

I'll list 10 random games that I've played the past 2 weeks (not in any rank of importance/favorites, and another note: I don't necessarily own all these. Even if I did, I get them cheap/rebates/discounts and from friends; etc..lol).

MGS4 - PS3 (I actually don't own one, so I have to run over to my cousin's/friends' closeby a couple days a week). Epic game.
Brawl - Self-explanatory. Also at friends' though. I use random, but I've recently gotten into Snake (tilt = ...godstatus).
Orange Box - Moodrets has already said this.
Warcraft III : Frozen Throne- Last I played this was 6 months ago. I've gotten rusty using the Night Elves, but eh.
C&C3 - No explanation required.
WoW - No explanation as well (other than the fact that I don't own this and I don't pay monthly).
WH 40,000 - DoW I know it's old. Meh, it's still fairly decent.
Starcraft BW Also haven't touched this for a year; got really rusty, barely beat a 1v3 melee myself. Shows how rusty I am now...(waiting for the 2nd one, obviously).
AoM - what can I say. I was bored, although this is still not a bad game once in a while. Definitely doesn't trump the Blizzards' in most people's eyes.
MapleStory - Shock. I log in once in a while because I have a couple friends that still play.

A combination of FPS's, mostly RTS's on this one, but it's a random sample so meh.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl

No, I have better things to do. ;)
