Do you think my schedule is too much?

This semester I am taking four classes, only on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tues/Thurs
10:00 - 11:15 am; Introduction to Ethics
11:30 - 12:45 pm; Calculus and Analytic Geometry

1:00 - 2:15 pm; International Relations
2:30 - 2:45 pm; English Composition 1

My classes are pretty generic except Math, and I felt pretty lucky to have three days off a week. What do you guys think?

Honestly that sounds hella easy. You’ll be fine.

That sounds like a really chill schedule. Can you add another course to that schedule (like an elective that you’re interested in or a required course for your major)?

Personally, I don’t like the idea of having a day off in the school week. I’d rather have my classes end in the morning so my afternoons are free.

Honestly, you’ll do just fine with the schedule you fine. Other posters might disagree, so I’ll leave other people to decide what you can do about your schedule.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

I think it sounds fine. Make sure you eat a big breakfast so you can wait until 3 for lunch.

It might be a little rough if they all have tests/essays due on the same day, but you have all the other days free to complete the work.

It doesn’t seem that bad. Look at my unholy Tuesday/Thursday from a few semesters back. Having days off is great. I usually like to have either Friday or Monday off.

8:00AM-9:20AM - Human Language as Computation
11:00AM-12:20PM - Discrete Math
12:30PM-1:50PM - Human Language Technology
2:00PM-3:20PM - Language and Society

Some of the classes weren’t terribly tough, but it was such a long day of school, lol. My little break after my 8AM class sorta sucked because it was too early for most of the places on campus to be open for lunch.

Also, I agree with guineagirl96. It can be a little difficult if exams are scheduled for the same day. For instance, I sometimes completely ignored the lectures in discrete math so that I could squeeze in some last minute studying for the exams in Human Language Technology. That’s the only potential downside of stuffing so many classes in one day.
