My high school requires advisory all four years to graduate in addition to the A-G requirements. I know that UC’s don’t want to see your advisory grade on the application, but when they receive your transcript (if accepted) do they take the grade received in an account at all?
If it is not an a-g course, they will not care.
it won’t go into your UCGPA but, UCs will pull your full transcript so, they will see the grade and they admit 'holistically. If you have an F with an attitude problem in a freebie class like advisory, it could be a red flag, especially for the top few. Do what you can to clean up anything too embarrassing.
