Title, basically. Specifically, Oregon/Portland? I want to send in a LOCI but don’t know who to send it to and saw people in past years mentioning reaching out to their specific AOs, building up relationships with them, etc. but I’m not sure where to start. Would really appreciate any information. Thanks.
