<p>Does anyone know if UC has toefl waiver policy?
Like other colleges who waive TOEFL if CR is somewhere in the mid 600?
I just couldn't find it myself on the website, but was wondering if there is...

<p>The system-wide UC site states that all non-native speakers are required to submit TOEFL or IELTS scores. That by itself makes me doubtful that individual campuses have differing policies, but it won’t hurt to ask?</p>
