Does anyone know the acceptance rate to UC Berkeley's College of Natural Resources (CNR)????

I know the overall university's acceptance rate, but is it possible to find out CNR's individual acceptance rate?

I know! I’d like to know as well. In past years I’ve seen a lot of people on CC say that CNR has a better acceptance rate but as accessible as all the info on CC is, acceptance rate may have gotten smaller. Just a hunch! I do hope I’m wrong…

@alwayswondering Thanks for your input. I hope you’re wrong too lol but we shall see…

wwait what the university’s acceptance rate for the class of 2018?

@Mworona Thanks

I understand that CNR was approx 25% acceptance rate this year, or that’s what admissions guy said at our tour, anyway.

Update for anyone who cares: when I called the admissions office, the man said that all applicants, regardless of their college (save the College of Engineering) compete against each other because freshmen applicants technically only have “intended majors.” therefore, if CNR had a 25% accept rate, that probably just means that 25% of accepted students just so happen to have intended majors in CNR.

That makes no sense because College of Engineering is dominatingly popular and I’m sure they ask us what are intended majors are for some indications.
