Does Bentley University offer Business Administration Major and Degree?

This is for undergrad school

I went to their website and I did not see any (NON-ONLINE) business administration major NOR business administration degree (BBA). I was shocked for a school that is focused on business. In the other hand, they do have a management major and management degree, but it’s nothing compared to administration. I would be disappointed if they do not offer a BBA or Bachelor’s of Business Administration program.

If not, please recommend me a school that offers business administration major and BBA

[Bentley’s majors](http://www.bentley.edu/undergraduate/academics/majors) are easy to find. Here you go:

If those are the only majors provided, then I am disappointed. Hopefully, I can start a business with a management degree :frowning:

I don’t see why you think there is a difference between Business Administration and Management. To an American, they are the same and your concentration, classes you take, experience, and how you do would matter more.

Are they really the same? I thought management was more more like a manager and administrating is more like operating/owning a business.

They’re names.
For instance, for the longest time, Kellogg called its masters a “master of management” (they finally changed it to MBA to be like everyone else eventually). Nothing in the curriculum or career prospects changed.

What do you think operating a business entails?

BBA, BS in BA, BCom are all different names for the same program. No reputable college will offer a major in “business administration”. It would be like a college offering a major in “science” or “humanities”/

Look at the coursework offered (can be found online) rather than the name of the major/degree to see if the school is a good fit for your interests. It may well be that a management degree at Bentley has the same/similar classes to a business administration major at another school.

PurpleTitan is right. This is a non-issue.
