Sorry if this has been posted before, I searched and couldn't find anything.

Does UC Berkeley have any "transfer agreements" (take these classes, get these grades, you get in, guaranteed) with any California community colleges? I know the local ones around me have transfer agreements with Davis, Irvine, etc. but not Berkeley. Do ANY CC's have agreements with them, or does Berkeley not do this?

No, there is no guarantee. There is a “TAP” program that is offered at select CCCs, but that is still not a guarantee and you have to apply to get into the program through your CCC’s Berkeley rep. It is for underrepresented college students (ethnic minorities, 1st generation students, low income students). I believe that something like 90% of the people that are accepted to that program do get admission offers. You should contact your CCC’s transfer center and see if you can make an appointment with their UCB rep.

Actually, there are schools that have it. I know PCC has it, but its a bit of a hush-hush thing. You also have to be invited to it. I believe you have be a minority/low income/first-generation + good grades. Sorry for the vague answer.
