<p>Tyler, are you asking as a transfer student from a Calif CC?</p>
<p>They’re part of WUE, and therefore you wouldn’t get an OOS tuition waiver, but you’d get tuition reduced to 150%. However, the total COA would be well over $20k. You’d only be able to borrow $7500 as a junior ($5500 as a frosh).</p>
