does french citizenship help chances of acceptance?

i have a 3.5 UW gpa, 2090 SAT,
SAT2 french800 math700
alumni rec letter,
and have dual citizenship (french and american)
since i am aware that my stats are on the low side of accepted students (yet still possible)
will my french citizenship help my chances of acceptance??

I do not believe that French citizenship will help your chances. If you are graduating from an American high school, you will be judged along with other American applicants. Your French citizenship will let you pay the low Quebec tuition rates if you attend though. Quebec has a special arrangement with France re: tuition.
