Does it matter WHEN you take a course?

Do colleges prefer that you take harder courses in Junior year over Senior year? For example, is it less 'impressive' if I take AP Bio in Senior year since colleges won't see my final grade, nor see my AP exam grade when transcripts go out? And is it bad that I'm not taking a science in Junior year, even if I'll have 4 courses of Science completed by graduation? (I think I wanna pursue Biology in college, not sure though)

I've already taken AP Physics, honors chem and honors bio, if that means anything.

uh prolly not that much, i know a kid who did ap chem -soph, ap physics then ap bio senior year. He is now going to an ivy league (i think harvard)

^that's what i'm doing/will do

yeah same here actually. took ap chem soph, ap physics junior ap bio senior

I don't think it'll matter that much.

i agree. ///
