Does my low sat score put me at a major disadvantage with my gpa?

<p>I got a 1450 on the sat but i have a 4.2 gpa and i have great extra cirriculars, is this enough for a UC? Any tips?</p>

<p>unless your personal statement just completely blows them away then a 1450 probably won’t get you into any UC school…but hey anything can happen!</p>

<p>out of 1600 or 2400? if the former is true, and you have a good writing score, no. if it’s out of 2400, yes. retake it and score 700-800 points better.</p>
