Does my ranking already put me out of contention?

Hello guys,

It has always been my dream to attend Dartmouth. I'm going to ED to Dartmouth, but sometimes I worry if it is a waste of money. It's just that my ranking and standardized test scores make me worry. My ranking, out of my class of 250, is 25. My weighted GPA is 4.08. In case it helps, here are my other stats. I take the IBD program:

SAT: 2220 (superscore) 680/800/740 (cr/math/writing). Plan on retaking in October.
AP: All 5's in six subjects. No AP classes taken.
Extracurricular: Editor-in-Chief of a large school magazine, and President of a relatively small (20) club. Also involved with volunteering, MUN, and some other clubs.

Also, I have a sibling who went to Dartmouth, so I have legacy.

As you can see, my stats might be sub-par for Dartmouth. Was your ranking substantially better than mine when you got accepted?

Oh yes, forgot to include SAT subject tests.
Math II: 800
Chemistry: 770
WH: 760
