I applied last year, and was rejected. I'm applying again this year - will penn hold that against me?

Pretty sure they want to see growth and development. Not positive, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to put down what you’ve accomplished in the past year that would increase your candidacy at the college.

Penn won’t hold it against you – they definitely want to see some positive growth, though. There are some people who’ve applied three times before getting accepted, so don’t let yourself down. Keep at it and keep improving!

I have two transfer friends here who applied to Penn twice. One got in as a freshman, but turned Penn down. The other got waitlisted and then rejected as a freshman. They won’t hold it against you.

@redsoxgirl: wait, so the first friend got in on his second time applying to penn?

tryin2bcool- I think the friend was waitlisted/rejected when s/he applied as a senior in highschool… then accepted as a transfer.

^ Why would they, every school wants your app money
