I go to a private school with tougher classes and a harder ranking system than most public schools ( we have less kids with bad grades) will colleges take this into consideration when I apply?

Less kids with bad grades could just be grade inflation
Private Schools aren’t always better just because they are private. Colleges will see if your school is more challenging and will take that into consideration

Mine is, I’ve had friends switch from my school cause they are struggling at mine and they went from like 2.5 to 3.5-375 at the public school

It will depend on where you apply. In some schools rank means a great deal. You are being judged against your peers and a mediocre student at a top private school has not necessarily shown that they can be competitive even in a smaller environment. When schools also take into account AP scores, SAT II results and ECs the top public school student may come out ahead. OTOH, you probably have access to more challenging courses and possibly test prep.
What should help you is that it is very likely that your school has a dedicated college counselor, or at least a guidance counselor that has developed relationships with several colleges. That will be a huge plus, especially if that counselor is able to point you to schools that regularly welcome students from your school.

Yeah I’m still top 30-40 percent and got a 25 on my act, I’m not thinking like ivy league, I just want a good school in the Midwest
