Does second semester grade matter much?

Let's say that I somehow got admitted to a very selective school. Will they rescind the offer if I got a B in AP Calculus? I am really worried...

Thanks for your help!

A ‘B’ never killed anyone.

You’ll be just fine. Don’t freak out.

LOL, A B. of course it will.

Uh oh. I once had a friend who got a “B” and his school recsinded his acceptance, canceled all his other applications, kicked his cat, burned down his house, and finally assassinated him… Shouldn’t have gotten that “B” Jimmy; R.I.P.

lol CC is so funny. Whenever someone asks questions like this the sarcasm comes flying out at full speed. :D

In addition, I want to know that can a drop from B to C in AP Economics kill me?

you’re screwed. I would start looking at a community college, if I were you.

“In addition, I want to know that can a drop from B to C in AP Economics kill me?”

yes. in fact, it will LITERALLY kill u.

^ I’ve heard that, too! I think the death is slow and painful.

So you are pretty much safe once you’re admitted right? The college I am talking about is a school that’s on the top 20 list.

No, you are not safe.

No, you’re not safe, but the requirements to not get your admission rescinded are significantly lower than getting accepted in the first place. Basically, don’t freak out over a B (like, seriously) but don’t get apathetic either, because getting rescinded is not just some urban myth.

“^I’ve heard that, too! I think the death is slow and painful.”

apparently it’s like a black cloud that appears out of no where & starts choking the life out of u.

“No, you are not safe.”

so true! u can run, but u can’t hide.

Ok, if one B is fine, what about TWO B’s???
I am having trouble in another AP class. :(

^If anything, you shouldn’t fall below a 3.0 unweighted. You can always call the school and express your concern if you really want, as well.
