<p>Unfortunately, I think that I already know the answer, but I've heard conflicting information (the school website says one thing, a VT student is insisting something else) so I thought that I'd try to get a clear answer on this forum: Does the Davenport Scholarship at Virginia Tech cover only the equivalent of instate tuition no matter whether or not the recipient is in-state or OOS student?
