Does this mean rejection?

<p>Based off of the other threads it looks like this will be a rejection. Has anyone got this message and got accepted?</p>

<p>Mine says I am not eligible because I have not submitted my enrollment form</p>

<p>I got accepted though. </p>

<p>So it doesn’t necessarily mean rejection, just check your status on the original section</p>
