Does WUSTL give out Nat'l Merit finalist scholarships?

<p>I'm pretty sure that to receive National Merit Scholarships from any school, you do need to name them. Even at a non-top ranked school like Ithaca College, where I'm going, I was told by an admissions officer that NMF would do nada unless I named them as my choice. Well, I suppose it would make the school want you more, but it wouldn't really get you any money.</p>
