I will take TOEFL in Jan. 17 and SAT II (Writing and Math IIc) in Jan. 22. Have I chance in Yale with these dates.

That says that January testing may not arrive in time, so they say, "Test sooner if at all possible."

Try and get in touch with your area rep. These guys are very helpful in handling these kinds of situations. In a sense, they are the custodians of your app until it goes to committee.

Yale usually allows the November scores to be accepted, and they have less than one month between when the scores are availible online, not even mailed out, and announcing their decision. The January scores are availible around the beginning of February, giving them two months. It is very likely that if they usually accept November scores, they will always be able to accept January scores. If the scores are missing, they have two months to wait for them. The only issue would be the small chance of a rejection in January before they recieve scores from someone trying to improve their scores. But if it is borderline where that change could effect the outcome, it would probably wait to go to a committee (i.e. decision made after January).

Thank you, Nickleby!

I can consider my exams in Jan. "effecting the outcome", so I hope for acception of them.

Zuma--
How do I get in touch with the area rep?? Help would be great!!
Thanks! :)

If you click on 'Contact Us' or something like that, there's a link on that page to find who your area rep is and gives you their email address.
