Domestic? International?

Hello,

I’m was born in the states, and I’ve lived there for around half of my life. I moved to China because of my parents. They’re Chinese. I’m applying for high school in the states, and they’re asking if I’m domestic or international.

I go to an American school in China. Am I a domestic student or an international student?

We had to call the schools one-by-one to get an answer on this. Some schools will classify u as “domestic”, and some will classify u as international.
