Done IB, AP and 1 year of college before dropping out, do I need to disclose my AP and college GPA

You must send a copy of that old college transcript as well. There is a clearinghouse that your new college will likely check that will report your previous enrollment. You don’t want your new college to hear about your old transcript from a third party. It will not go well for you.

Do you need to disclose your AP scores? No. Do you need to disclose your college GPA? Yes. And most likely, you would have to apply as a transfer.

So I can completely ignore the fact that I’ve done high school and AP classes and apply with my IB diploma only?

That’s not what I said. You can ignore your AP exam scores, but you cannot ignore your AP classes/grades (or any previous HS/college coursework).

You need to submit all of your transcripts. High school and college. Your grades matter.
