dont do what i just did!

so all the 2010ers know that the registration windows are coming up next week, and being the anxious person that i am, i decided to call for my ap scores. after i called, i realized that i could have saved my 8 bucks by checking ACES>Academic History to see if i had the scores i needed to get credit for those classes.. GAR! so stupid...lol.

did u already send in ur ap scores to duke?

on test day, i chose to send in the scores directly to duke. i believe u could have sent a few for free

I did the same thing. Oops.

yeah, me too. Well, at least we know our actual scores rather than just seeing if we got credit...

Also - sometimes the credit or scores will not get in right away, so if you want to know your scores, $8 is about the cheapest peace of mind you can get.

i did it last year :)

it made me feel a tad more comfortable about not taking chem knowing that i got a 5 instead of a 4.

i was looking at my academic history in aces and i'm rather confused. it has some classes i've never taken. i never took econ or french. also some of the aps i took aren't there either like spanish.

linkin - did you take APs for those classes or not? 'cause if you never took the classes nor the APs for them - I'd call the registrar...

yea never took those classes or ap tests. i don't see my scores either. it just says credit 1.00 for everything.

your exact scores won't be on there...but if u have credit showing, then u at least scored high enough to earn credit for that class.

did not take those classes tho...some of them.

yea, thats the weird thing...dunno... =/

does the ap english test get you any credit?

yeah, I got credit for AP english lit/comp

oo kk guess i didnt get credit for taht lol

If you don't have credit showing for an AP score (i.e., the school hasn't received the score yet), will ACES block you from registering for a class that requires that AP as a "prereq"?
