Are we allowed to hang things on the walls and doors?
What are we allowed to do as far as using nail or tape to adhere things?

I ask because I think I'd like to have a corkboard above my desk and a hook to hang clothes/towels.
For those in community bathrooms-where do you hang your wet towel/washcloth???

Thanks!

You can hang things using those removable hooks. I used the 3M hooks and they worked well. You can’t drill things in to the walls or anything like that. You’ll get charged if you do.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate it! Now I know what to pick up!

Technically you aren’t supposed to drill things into walls but really you still can, you just have to know how to cover it up afterwards! (toothpaste in the holes is my weapon of choice)

Keep in mind that some of the dorms have a corkboard for each person already on the walls in the rooms. I’ve lived in Hubbard and Mason, Hubbard had them and Mason didn’t. I think pretty much all the dorms have them except for the really old ones like MASP and West Circle.

I lived in West Circle, and the desks have shelves that sit on the desks, and they have cork on them so you don’t need a corkboard (except in Mayo; they have new furniture that doesn’t have the corkboard). West Circle also has community bathrooms but there are towel bars on the back of the closet doors- I don’t know about the other complexes, though.
