Now that housing is out, I was wondering what current students think of certain dorms in comparison to others. Anyone have any input on East Quad ?? Besides its pretty good location, how are the rooms, the people, etc.. and is it better or worse than living on the Hill or North Campus??

Ask me about the rooms after orientation at the end of the month.

The people; well....the residential college houses in east quad..and it has a reputation for people who are just a bit off the wall. Ultra-liberal birkenstock and granola etc....you get the idea. But I hope its all chill.

The location is pretty awesome I think. Its closer to Angel/Haven than the Hill, which is important to me, and It's closer to the law library, where I plan to do most studying.

I'm living in Cambridge in the West Quad and i'm pretty excited about it...

Yeah man..west quad's location is pretty pimp....really...its pimper than east quad.....but not by much..hehe.

How is south quad? I'm going to be in honors housing.

none of the "direction"-quad locations are bad...way better than the hill.

I lived in MoJo on the Hill the past year and I really liked how convenient it was to everything -- 5 minute walk to virtually anywhere and close to buses for Northwood, Bursley-Bates, and Northbound Commuter (which, as an engineer, I needed frequently).

yea west and east quads locations are supposed to be sick... but I heard the hill is supposed to be alot of fun witih most freshman being on it
