I want to be a Pre-Med Student when I start off college. I was wondering if it is better to double major in order to get into Medical School. I have a few questions on that, please give me your opinions on double majoring in 1. Biochemistry and 2. Math and Computer Science (This is one major). Do I have to pay more money to double major, and also are the computer science classes hard at UIC because I don’t want to be potentially hurting my GPA. thanks!
I don’t know much about med-school but double majors are more expensive and time assuming. If you can get the double major in 4 years then it might be worth it, however if it takes more, don’t do it. To be a doctor, it takes 11 years, so don’t make it longer.
