Doubles in Thurston vs. Potomac.

How many/where are the kitchens in both?
How are the sizes of doubles in each dorm?
etc etc.

i saw that already, i was wondering if anyone who has seen the dorms can help me. I heard doubles at potomac, though its new, are rather small. things like that would help.

Have you checked out the floor plans on the website? Big and small is relative. The doubles for both dorms look like they’re about the same as my double (merriweather) right now. And I consider my double to be pretty big. But again, that’s all relative. And frankly, all dorms at gw have rooms that are quite spacious when compared to other schools’. I have never heard of anyone complaining about room sizes here. You’ll get to tour the dorms yourself when you’re here for admitted students day and orientation. I recommend going to admitted students day because housing registration is before orientation.
Thurston doesn’t have communal kitchens, I heard only the house proctor does. The same is PROBABLY true for Potomac too, but it def doesn’t have communal kitchens.

are there floors in thurston that are better and worse?

no, they’re all pretty much the same.
