Hey all, just started senior year and am trying to decide which school to apply ED to. I'm looking into studying international relations (considering premed as well), and am looking for a good foreign language program - which both of these offer.
Going to Columbia would be amazing, but I don't know if it's too crazy.

Should I play it a little safer and apply to Pomona instead, a school which while very different I've also come to love?

What do you guys think are my chances for both??

GPA: 3.76 UW, have always taken the toughest courseload at my school

taking 3 APs and 4 college classes senior year (at the local, highly-ranked lib-arts college)

SAT:
730 W, 750 R, 740 M (took it twice, this is the superscore)

AP: 5 spanish, 4 English, 4 French, 2 Euro :( (got an A in the class though...idk what happened...too bad I already accidentally sent these to Pomona, will it be a big drawback?)

Extracurricular:

will also be submitting a strong visual art portfolio from my Honors Art class last year (my schools art program is said to be one of the strongest in the state)

I'm expecting fabulous recommendations because I'm very close with all the adults I've asked, and will strive to make my essays fantastic as well!
