These two schools are so different it is probably more a question of what makes you happy.

At Drew, you won’t have as many science course options, but it is a smaller school with much smaller class sizes and closer connection to advisors. As a Liberal Arts school, you will have a more diverse experience. Teachers will be Professors in all classes. Campus life will be quieter, but you still have options. Madison has much less night life than New Brunswick.

At Rutgers, you will have more academic and social options but will be much more on your own for guidance and advice. Large (or very large) class sizes, especially in the first couple of years. A number of teachers will be TAs and grad students. Big campus with all the good and bad that offers (personal preferences).

If you expect to go to Grad school (which your chosen majors indicate), you want to consider how much money you will have spent for your B.S. Rutgers might have more research internships than Drew, which would be a plus for grad schools but grades are more important.
