From where will you get your daily dose of water? Are you bringing a case of water, drinking from the faucet, drinking from the fountain, etc?

I always bought cases of water. So accessible, when u can just grab one out the fridge.

thats my plan too

get a small brita water pitcher and some cheap water bottles. The brita filters are great and affordable and will save you a ton over pre-bottled water. If you do buy bottled water, get Aquafina or Deer Park. Dont get Dasani, its made from condensation produced during production of the Coke soft drink. It is also high in sodium for a water.

What do you do about water refills?

you mean with the brita pitcher?

How can all the Dasani water bottles be filled with just the little condensation that comes from the production of coke. that's ridiculous

Sam's sells 32 bottes of spring water for $4.07 here. Can't beat that. But then again, I don't know if you have the room for all of that water... or a sams near by.

Dasani is made from the by-products of coke, including the condensation.

buy kirkland water bottles.

cheap and plentiful.

costco is the best.

i had a water filter, never used it because i still didn't trust the tap water after it went through the filter (it was murky).

Pure, fresh, tap water for me.

Ill buy a case of water either at walmart or meijers.

Get a few cases of water from Costco. It's good water and they come with about 36 bottles for only $5

Buy a Brita Water Pitcher

fill up your nalgenes in the dining hall

I have multiple Nalgenes, and I fill them in the dining hall or at select water fountains that have notoriously good water (the ones in the library are wonderful for example) and then I store them in the fridge in my room. A handy alternative for a thrifty type.

tap water tastes better than bottled water, and oftentimes have fluoride.

Bottled water is the biggest waste of money

Tap water, though I will occasionally buy a bottle (to carry around, eventually it has to be replaced). Filtering isn't a bad idea depending on location, and storing in the fridge is practically necessary if you live south of the 48th parallel (if it's not out of a drinking fountain, it never comes out of the tap cold enough).

I either buy a 2 liter bottle or take an old milk jug with me. I fill it up at night...put it in the fridge...during the day I try to find a water fountain to refill since they always have the coldest water. Then every three weeks or so I get a new bottle/jug

Tap water all the way. It is better for your teeth (has fluoride) and is better on the environment and your wallet.
