I am taking physics 7 class as p/np b/c i wasn't doing so hot in the middle.
Anyway, I was wondering if I can still drop the class at this point...I might get a NP for some reason.

I heard only way is to withdraw...What will happen if I withdraw???
If I do withdraw, do I have to pay back financial aid?
What are the options right now?

Yeah I guess I can get a NP, but it looks pretty bad…and lawschools/graduate calculate is as 0 altho I am not in premed at this point. Things could change in the future. How would withdraw be notated???

Yeah the reason I took it as p/np was to avoid getting a low grade, and I might end up with NP which is…pretty darn similar to D/F. Very disappointing. Any advises whether I should just get a W? I guess I wouldn’t mind anyway-_- since other classes are just humanities class.

If I do withdraw, do I get multiple W’s??? It says withdrew by petition. How bad would that look? I don’t know why one can’t withdraw from a single course. Berkeley, seriously ***…

^^ because then everyone would be doing what you’re trying to do right now when they’re about to get a bad grade. If you withdraw you have to completely withdraw from the school for the whole semester. You’re only supposed to withdraw when a major event happens and you need to leave school for a semester.

I believe every college allows a student to withdraw from a class…at very late in the semester.
But gets a note W.
Berkeley changed this about couple years back -_-
