Dropping "planned" courses for spring semester?

SO i put on my fall 07 application that i am planning to take sociology and anthropolgy in college during spring semester, but senioritis is really kicking in and i don't know if i can force myself to do that. would there be a good chance my admission (if i am lucky enough to get one) could be rescinded because i ddecided not to take anthropology?
lets say i just take sociology?
or would taking sociology and yoga be better?
orrrr should i just play safe and force myself to take socio and anthro?

thanx guys

bumppppppp

i think you should take it
i heard my econ teacher tell our class a story about some kid that dropped AP physics or something second semester and he didnt get into ucla because of it
but then again he was enrolled in the class

i would stay safe and take it because they make a big deal about reporting any academic course changes that were on your application

good luck :]

any more ...bumpppppppp?

don't drop the course. suck it up.

i realyl don't know what to do..i kidna even found out that anthro and soci fall under the same division so i might not even need both..
ADVICE PLEASE!!

"don't drop the course. suck it up."

!

yes, you need to take them. So you are getting points in your application for classes that you aren't taking (you get points for total # of honors classes taken, including at colleges). When they find out they will kick you out.

this happened to a kid at my school, he ended up at UC Riverside instead of UCSD.

i also dropped a class, but it was in the beginning of the year. but i accidently left it on my application. should i notify them immediately?
