I was interviewed by an alum. Maybe even 14 days if they send them around dec. 10th O.o

I know!!! I really hope our decisions come out early. Hopefully we’ll all be classmates next year!

seriously! I wonder who my future roommate will be…whether it be duke (fingers crossed) or another fantastic school

When will the admissions people tell us if the decisions will come out early?

^Generally admissions will send out an email before decision day (obviously), letting us know the exact date. In the past few years, the day of that email has varied by several weeks. No one knows when exactly they’ll send it, though it’ll have to be in the next two weeks.

But hey, we’ve got a maximum of 19 days, so either way, not much longer!

I’m always thinking they could be reading my application right NOW. It’s so nerve wracking!!!

You know, considering it’s only two weeks (ish) until decisions come out and that every applications gets read at least twice, I’d say it’s a safe bet that ALL of our applications have been read…

I bet you’re right. They’re probably going to go to committee after the holiday…ah!

^ Agreeed.
I’m trying not to think about it.

18 more days maximum!!! Scary to think that next week a group of admissions people will be discussing our applications! I wish I could know what the group said about mine

teeheeeeeee

17 days at most!!!

Come decision day, do we check our decision on the application status website?

@hgblue…i was thinking the same thing? do they send out an email or do we check the website?

I think it’ll be on the application status website.

from what I’ve been told from my brother (duke class of 2013), they send you an email with a pin number, then you sign into your Duke account and click on a link to receive the decision

That sounds about right. I wonder how soon we’ll get that email

@Ballinallday

When you say Duke account, is that the same one we’ve been using to track our applications, or is it something else?

Honestly i don’t really know, but i’m assuming its the same one. I could be wrong though.

how did you guys decide on whether you want to go to pratt or trinity ? I am interested in both but common app lets us only pick one. how did you weigh one over the other ? why pratt and why trinity ?
