Ugh I wish it were like that at my school
Mine is in the top 50 most competitive schools in the nation
@orangeandblack21 I’m an applicant from Illinois! Sooo nervous lol
@theboyoverthere I’m from NC and I am a first generation American
@stressedoutstu omg i wish i went to something like that! no lie, my school’s science program is not good at all and my math teacher sucks. they just don’t really set us up for success in those areas. however, apparently my class is one of the better ones thats gone through for a long time (in terms of academics)
Poll question: Thinking about the ED Parent Agreement download - how many of you show it as downloaded? How many show it as just submitted? It makes sense that if they are admitting you, they need to check that was completed properly by downloading it. And if they aren’t admitting you, they don’t need it. Wondering what everyone is seeing? Are most downloaded? Most just submitted? Sorry if this makes anyone nervous. . .
PS Mine shows submitted only. Making me very nervous.
Submitted
mine also says submitted
Where would it say submitted/downloaded? My counselor agreement says downloaded 11/2 which is way too early for them to know about acceptances…
it’s parent not counselor
But my parent agreement only says submitted
On a different thread, someone said their parent ED agreement said submitted but they were accepted
Click on Recommenders/FERPA link on the Common App, then scroll 2/3 way down. This is where it shows that your teacher recommendations were downloaded. The parent ED shows up here too as either submitted or downloaded.
That’s very hopeful collegelover15.
If I recall correctly, the parent ED agreement is literally just your parent typing their name and clicking a check box whereas everything else is usually a form so there shouldn’t even be anything to “download” for the parent section.
Where is this all a happening?
Do you guys think my chances are high to get in? I’m a white male, 35 act, 4.0 uw with 13 aps after this year, top 1%, class pres and other vp positions and consistent community service project since middle school. Good luck!
Just looking at your stats I’d say yes but there are so many other factors that I’m not sure @jonclassof2018
