@MaybeHarvard2022 I got notification today too! I guess I’ll meet you on the 28th
For Regular decision, “final decisions will be made available to students March 30” (DukeToday). Around 5
That’s an old article from ED. It will be the 28th.
Contacted the admissions office…they told me karsh invites had been sent out. Looks like I probably missed out on it
@destructo strange no one on CC received karsh invite.
Did they say when they released the invites?
I’d be lucky to get my butt IN Duke let alone get a scholarship.
But seriously, kudos to all y’all who did get something or are in serious contention for it - y’all are amazing!!!
They just sent out the Karsh notifications today!! (Just received an updated email). So probably there’s gonna be a frenzy of people posting about it now( or so I hope). Hope I’m one of them, though there’s a 99% chance I wont
Have all other merit scholarships come out?
@habitualnerd lol only the admissions officials know all that. But my best bet is email. As for the time I honestly have no idea. They said they’d sent them out. Not sure how that works
@destructo hope is a strange thing, isn’t it?
@destructo what did the updated email said?
I got mine just 2 hours and 50 mins ago
@Jon191 couldn’t agree more
@smmonsa quote on quote “Thanks for your email we just sent out the Karsh notifications today.”
Has anyone heard anything about the Alumni Scholarship?
My daughter was named a finalist for Duke’s University Scholars Program. We received the email yesterday. Do any current or past University Scholars have any information about the interview questions they ask finalists? Thank you for your help.
Is decision day the 28th or the 30th?
they said the 28th most recently so I believe that would be the date.
DD had listed 4 AP Exams/Tests to be taken in Common Application. But now she wants to skip 2 of them after she found out she may not get college credits for them (AP English Lit and AP Macroeconomics). Would that be ok with colleges? OR would college rescind her admission if she skips taking tests listed in the application? This is our first experience with college admission process, so we are worried. Appreciate your help, thanks!
@cc4help no they wouldn’t.
